Terms of Service

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once your placement test is complete and your first tuition payment is received. Cohorts begin the first Monday of each month; joining mid-cohort is possible when your level group has space.

2. Tuition & billing

Tuition is billed monthly or per term, in advance, with no enrollment or materials fees. Prices are published on the Admissions page; changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

3. Attendance & make-ups

Group classes are recorded for enrolled students. Missed classes may be recovered through Conversation Club sessions; semi-private and private students may reschedule with 24 hours' notice.

4. Pauses & cancellation

You may pause your program once per year for up to 8 weeks, keeping your level placement. You may cancel at any time effective the end of the paid period; we do not bill after cancellation.

5. Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid class, we refund that month in full. Beyond that, tuition already paid is non-refundable but transferable once to another person at your level.

6. Certificates

Level certificates are issued upon completing a level with at least 80% attendance and a passing progress review. Exam-prep programs prepare you for official exams; official exam fees are set by the examining bodies and are separate.

7. Conduct

Classes are small and personal; we expect respect toward teachers and classmates. The academy may end enrollment for serious misconduct, refunding any unused full months.

8. Liability

Our commitment is serious instruction and honest placement. Language outcomes depend on attendance and practice; published timelines are typical results, not guarantees, except where a program explicitly states a score guarantee and its conditions.
