Last updated: July 2026. The short version: we collect only what your education requires, and we never sell it.

1. What we collect

When you request information or enroll, we collect your name, contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp), your placement-test results, and your course progress records. If you pay tuition, payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers ourselves.

2. How we use it

To run your classes: scheduling, progress reviews, certificates, and course communications. To answer your inquiries. To send occasional information about your program — never third-party marketing. We do not sell or rent student data, ever.

3. Placement & progress records

Your test results and progress reviews exist to personalize your learning. They are visible to you and your teachers only, and you may request a copy — or their deletion — at any time.

4. Cookies & analytics

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, plus privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages help visitors. No advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@veranenglish.com. We respond within 10 business days and comply with applicable data-protection law, including LFPDPPP (Mexico) and GDPR where it applies.

6. Changes

If this policy changes materially, enrolled students are notified by email before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that constitutes acceptance.
